Pandu leads Co-Develop's investment and partnership strategy across Asia, bringing more than a decade of experience building digital public infrastructure from inside government.

He has more than a decade experience in the public sector, starting his career cofounding a civic technology non-profit in 2014 and has since serving million of citizens with government at every level: city, province, and national. His roles have spanned the City of Bandung's smart city council, West Java province's digital delivery unit (Jabar Digital Service), the Ministry of Health's Digital Transformation Office, and the technology unit of the Ministry of Education. Most recently he served as Special Advisor for Digital Transformation to Indonesia's Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, where he shaped national digital government strategy and policy and drove it through to implementation.

He has also worked on government digital transformation with global institutions including the World Bank and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. He is an active member of the international digital government community, contributing to peer exchange across regional and global networks.

Pandu holds a degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He serves on the board of and contributes to several Indonesian non-profits, and is an alumnus of the YSEALI Professional Fellows Program and other international fellowships.

He lives in Jakarta with his family. Outside work he can usually be found exploring the city's food scene or in search of good coffee.
