Chris Wild
Development Director
Chris leads resource mobilization at Co-Develop, raising funds and cultivating diverse partnerships to advance the organization’s mission, expand its impact, and strengthen a digital ecosystem that is inclusive, safe, and equitable.
Before joining Co-Develop, Chris spent 15 years at Internews [www.internews.org], where he was instrumental in building and scaling the organization’s global business development function. He also served as Country Director in Ukraine and Senior Director for Global Democracy Programs, leading efforts to strengthen independent media and freedom of expression in diverse contexts. Earlier in his career, Chris designed and managed strategic communications initiatives supporting development objectives across the Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG), Health, Agriculture, and Energy sectors in Serbia, Indonesia, Kosovo, Armenia, and Tajikistan.
Chris holds an MA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, with concentrations in Russian & Eurasian Studies and Transitional Economies, and a BA in English and Russian Language from Hobart College.
While Chris and his family have lived in Philadelphia for the past 20 years, he remains true to his Boston roots as a forever Red Sox fan.
